Reimagining Therapy for Collective Liberation
We believe healing is a radical act, and therapy is a space for liberation. Our consulting and training services support wellness practitioners, pre-licensed clinicians, doctoral students and licensed therapists in rethinking their practice through a liberatory, decolonized, and spiritually integrated lens.
Our Approach
We acknowledge that traditional therapy models often uphold colonial, Eurocentric frameworks that fail to honor the full complexity of human experience. Our work centers on dismantling these limitations and fostering clinical spaces that are equitable, affirming, and culturally sustaining. By integrating liberatory therapy principles, decolonized methodologies, and the wisdom of spiritual practices, we guide practitioners in cultivating approaches that are rooted in justice, community, and holistic healing.
Why This Work Matters
Healing cannot exist in isolation from justice. Our work is a commitment to reimagining therapy as a practice that not only supports individual transformation but also contributes to dismantling systemic oppression. By honoring ancestral wisdom, acknowledging lived experiences, and advocating for systemic change, we create space for deeper, more meaningful healing.

Her insight was incredibly valuable, not only to my growth as a clinician but also to my growth as a person. She had a way of offering feedback that felt thoughtful, genuine, and empowering, often helping me see things from a perspective I had not considered before. Her approach felt like a breath of fresh air and challenged many of the workplace and societal norms that can sometimes limit creativity, authenticity, and personal growth. She inspired me to trust myself more, embrace my individuality, and recognize that there is often more than one way to understand a situation. The curiosity, openness, and authenticity she brought to supervision have had a meaningful impact on me, and I know her influence will continue to shape both the clinician and person I am becoming.

Dr. Mae brings humor into even the heaviest spaces in a way that feels natural and grounding rather than deflecting, a skill I deeply admire and actively aspire to. But perhaps what stood out most was her intuition. She had a way of noticing when something felt heavy before I even said a word, and meeting me there with exactly the right amount of warmth. Her training instincts are truly unlike anything I have experienced, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have learned from her.

Dr. Mae's greatest strengths as a supervisor are her warmth, intuition, and an almost uncanny ability to read a room. She has a gift for holding space in a way that feels genuinely safe, encouraging me to lean into hard things while never making me feel alone in them. This extended deeply into my own professional development as well. Dr. Mae was instrumental in helping me work through my perfectionism, creating an environment where I felt safe enough to show up imperfectly and trust the process. On more than one occasion, a simple glance from her across the room made me feel completely seen, supported, and understood. That kind of attunement is not something that can be taught easily, and it left a lasting impression on me.
What We Offer
Clinical Supervision
What if your supervision could deepen not just your clinical skills, but your capacity to show up for clients in a way that’s truly liberatory?
This space is for associate and licensed therapists who are ready to move beyond pathologizing frameworks and reimagine their role as healers. Grounded in feminist, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, and decolonial values, my supervision and consultation offerings support you in aligning your therapeutic practice with your political and ethical commitments.
Together, we’ll explore how systems of oppression show up in the room- with your clients, within you, and in the very models we’ve been trained to use. You’ll learn how to recognize internalized identities, patriarchal dynamics, and capitalist narratives in clinical material, and how to respond with care, integrity, and cultural humility. We'll build on your strengths while expanding your capacity to hold space for collective trauma, intergenerational wounds, and the healing power of resistance.
This is not just about doing therapy differently- it’s about being a different kind of therapist. Together, we can help you build you into a therapist who focuses on client’s individual experinces vs. pathologizing their symptoms, one who is able to connect through intuitive inner knowing AND theoretical modalities.
