Reimagining Therapy for Collective Liberation

We believe healing is a radical act, and therapy is a space for liberation. Our consulting and training services support wellness practitioners and licensed therapists in rethinking their practice through a liberatory, decolonized, and spiritually integrated lens.

Our Approach

We acknowledge that traditional therapy models often uphold colonial, Eurocentric frameworks that fail to honor the full complexity of human experience. Our work centers on dismantling these limitations and fostering clinical spaces that are equitable, affirming, and culturally sustaining. By integrating liberatory therapy principles, decolonized methodologies, and the wisdom of spiritual practices, we guide practitioners in cultivating approaches that are rooted in justice, community, and holistic healing.

What We Offer

Clinical Supervision

What if your supervision could deepen not just your clinical skills, but your capacity to show up for clients in a way that’s truly liberatory?

This space is for associate and licensed therapists who are ready to move beyond pathologizing frameworks and reimagine their role as healers. Grounded in feminist, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, and decolonial values, my supervision and consultation offerings support you in aligning your therapeutic practice with your political and ethical commitments.

Together, we’ll explore how systems of oppression show up in the room—with your clients, within you, and in the very models we’ve been trained to use. You’ll learn how to recognize internalized whiteness, patriarchal dynamics, and capitalist narratives in clinical material, and how to respond with care, integrity, and cultural humility. We'll build on your strengths while expanding your capacity to hold space for collective trauma, intergenerational wounds, and the healing power of resistance.

This is not just about doing therapy differently—it’s about being a different kind of therapist.

Consulting Services

We provide tailored guidance to individual practitioners, group practices, and organizations seeking to align their work with anti-oppressive, liberation-focused frameworks. Our consultations can help:

  • Identify and unlearn colonial and oppressive frameworks in clinical practice

  • Build trauma-responsive, client-affirming therapeutic spaces

  • Integrate inner/intuitive knowledge, spirituality, and cultural practices into therapy ethically

  • Develop policies and practices that center accessibility, equity & autonomy

Training & Workshops

Our interactive trainings provide therapists and wellness professionals with the tools to engage in transformative healing work.

  • Liberatory Clinical Practice: Understanding the historical and systemic influences on mental health care and creating alternative healing pathways. Topic include deconstructing the patriarchal influence, grind culture/productivity culture, feminist pedagogy and pleasure/joy exploration.

  • Spirituality in Clinical Work: Ethical integration of spiritual practices to support holistic healing. Topics include therapy as sacred space, rituals and intuitive/inner ways of knowing.

  • Patriarchy's Influence In the Therapy Space: Explore how patriarchal systems shape client experiences and therapeutic frameworks. Learn tools to dismantle internalized oppression and foster gender-liberatory practices within clinical relationships.

  • Grind Culture's Influence in the Therapy Space: Examine how grind culture and productivity myths impact mental health. Reimagine therapeutic goals rooted in rest, sustainability, and collective care rather than achievement.

  • Reclaiming Pleasure in the Therapy Space: Center pleasure as a political and healing practice. This training invites clinicians to safely explore joy, embodiment, and liberation as essential to client well-being.

  • Working with Religious Trauma through a Systems Lens: Address religious trauma with anti-oppressive frameworks. Learn to support clients navigating spiritual harm by integrating decolonized, feminist, and survivor-centered therapeutic approaches.

  • Soul Care for Clinicians: This space nurtures the therapist's mind, body, spirit and soul. Engage in practices of values alignment, spiritual grounding, and community care to sustain your work and embrace the magic of your humanity in & out of the therapy room.

    Why This Work Matters

Healing cannot exist in isolation from justice. Our work is a commitment to reimagining therapy as a practice that not only supports individual transformation but also contributes to dismantling systemic oppression. By honoring ancestral wisdom, acknowledging lived experiences, and advocating for systemic change, we create space for deeper, more meaningful healing.
